Frequently Asked Questions

  • This work is designed for individuals who are already curious about their bodies and behavioural patterns, and who have begun exploring somatic practices. It supports those ready to deepen their healing, awareness, and connection to themselves.

  • Sessions integrate embodied bodywork with conscious somatic awareness — whether it’s gentle touch, motion, stillness or guided presence. The aim is to address physical and emotional layers together, supporting release, alignment and the return to your innate flow.

  • You will remain fully dressed throughout the session, except when a specific area of scar tissue needs to be gently exposed for treatment. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for ease of movement. A private space is available for you to change before and after your session if needed.

  • Each session is 60 minutes. The investment for each appointment is £120.

  • Sessions take place in a beautiful clinic space in Woodstock in West Oxfordshire.

  • Life shifts and plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged the full session fee. Thank you for honouring the time held for you.

  • This work supports a wide range of experiences — physical tension or scar tissue, unresolved emotional pain, trauma, anxiety, and patterns of self-neglect. It is for those seeking not just symptom relief, but a deeper return to wholeness, fluidity and connection.

  • With over 12 years’ experience as a therapeutic bodywork and somatic practitioner, I bring expertise in craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation and scar work. Early in my career I realised that physical pain often carries emotional stories, and this insight has shaped how I hold space for both body and mind.

The NARM model for working with developmental trauma deepens the trauma-informed foundation of my work, bringing light to the patterns shaped by early experiences and creating space for reconnection and self-understanding.
